The Prostate Cancer Centre is a success story written for Melbourne men - our Australian flagship for excellence in the treatment of prostate cancer. It has been open to the public for over eighteen months and currently our staff see over 700 patients a month. We have seen over 8000 patients to date.
It has been amazing to finally live and breathe our dream of a “one stop shop” centre for patient diagnosis, treatment, and comprehensive holistic management of the disease. The PCC provides services for benign urological conditions all the way to advanced metastatic prostate cancer.
Our focus has been to create a health environment that pays attention to the struggle of people who have limited access to treatment. We reduce the anxiety and fear an irregular test result or even diagnosis can cause by reducing waiting times for diagnosis and treatment dramatically.
A public patient in Victoria requiring a specialist consultation can wait up to 7 months for that appointment. At the Centre, we can see a patient within a two week period.

The Prostate Cancer Centre in North Melbourne operates without federal and state government funding. This means that every piece of equipment we use to diagnose and treat patients has been donated by our supporters. When you donate to Australian Prostate Cancer Research, your donation has an immediate impact on our patients. We are currently working on expanding our programs and facilities and are asking for your support to help us help men.
You can donate quickly and conveniently online on our donations page or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
